A high-end hospital in Saudi Arabia is a modern general hospital integrating prevention, treatment, health care and scientific research.. The hospital covers an area of 10,673 square meters. There are 1300 employees, 1105 health technicians, 120 senior professional titles, 260 intermediate technicians, and 1050 open beds. There are 46 clinical departments including internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, pediatrics, ENT, and infectious diseases.
Process
Our business manager contacted the client through LinkedIn and learned that the client needed to renovate a hospital in Saudi Arabia. The client’s purchase amount is about 400,000 US dollars. His hospital is designed by a large design company specializing in the design of medical institutions. Our business manager offered the quotation to the client for most of the month and sent the sample material in September 2021. We adjusted and revised the quotation from January 2021 to March 2022. The client will paid the sample order in March, and the sample order arrived at Saudi Arabia in early April. At the end of May, we talked with the client about the payment trend, try our best to meet the client’s requirements and invite the client to China to inspect the factory and test the board. At the beginning of June, the client immediately negotiates the contract terms and signs the contract with us.
Business Challenge
Since the client needs to customize the furniture for medical care, there are great requirements in terms of materials. First of all, the customer requires the material to be both waterproof and high temperature resistant, and durable.

Solution
According to the customer’s request, we choose special leather to customize some furniture. These chairs and sofas are made of special leather. This internationally recognized concept has been tested through a water-repellent technology, that prevents the infiltration of dirt, allowing an easier and effective cleaning. This treatment prevents the appearance of dirt, keeping the fabric dry and clean. This technologically innovative concept, which is embedded in the article – Sahara, Babel and Seattle, allows the clean up of the article using only water. Two months after the furniture was installed, the feedback from client was received.
